Registration / Enrollment
Registration is not complete, and care will not commence until all the paper work is complete. Prior to the start date of care, the following must be received by Kid’s World Learning Center for each child:
*Child-Income Eligibility Statement
*Registration Form
*Immunization Record
*Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee
*Emergency Contact Information
*Allergy & Food Preference Information
*Infant Feeding Plan
*Permission to Photograph Form
*Daycare Subsidy Request Form (if applicable)
